By life and all that it brings? I think everyone does at one time or another.<\/p>\n<p>I started working full time last May, after being home with my boys for many years. I am completely grateful that I was able to work at home while my kids were growing up. Now I am experiencing a new kind of gratitude to God. That is, that He has given me this job.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>However, working away from the home full time brings new challenges. So, I can sometimes feel like I&#8217;m drowning in my &#8220;to-do&#8221; list. I want to reiterate what I wrote about last time: There are times that I need to stop the striving and be still and know that God is God and He is in control of everything in my life. Does He really care that I get that floor scrubbed this weekend, or that the bathrooms have not been cleaned in who-knows how long? Probably not. But, He does care where my heart is at and where your heart is at.<\/p>\n<p>Take time to be quiet with God, to &#8220;be still&#8221; before Him. He can fill your heart with such peace in the midst of trying to finish a long list of chores and obligations. He loves you so much!<\/p>\n<p>Have a good week.
